Wakeford Contracting and Check Mark Handyman services have been handling home remodeling and home repairs for over 17 years in the Denver area.

As founder, I started my construction career at University of Denver, graduating with a business degree in construction management. After graduation, I worked for NVR Ryan Homes, a large homebuilder, as a building supervisor and later Case Design, a large home remodeling company in the Washington DC area. My passion for Colorado outdoors and remodeling brought me back to Colorado where I started Wakeford contracting 20+ years ago. On the front range, I have been involved with everything from building log homes to small home repairs. Because of the demand and the fact that I really enjoy solving problems for homeowners, I started Check Mark Handyman services.
